Repairing a badly crash damaged Shimano S-Phyre and making it look like new again

I repair and customise shoes. I was asked if could I repair these badly damaged Shimano S-Phyres, I jumped at the opportunity. I love a challenge. It was a complex repair having to repair inside and outside of the shoe making it as seamless as possible then matching the colour.
