Ride with our GCN presenters during our 30 in 30 January fitness challenge

 for 2024. The idea is as simple as it sounds: complete 30 minutes of exercise every day for 30 days in January. The 

 you do is completely up to you. This being 

 we’d love you to get out on your bikes more, but equally you could be running, swimming, hitting the gym or practising yoga. It really doesn’t matter, as long as you’re ticking off that daily 30 minute workout goal.

To help lead the way and keep motivation high we have teamed up with indoor training platform 

. That’s right, every day we will have two rides to join, one at 10:30am GMT and one at 18:30 GMT, where you’ll be able to ride with members of the 

And don't worry if you're not already signed up to Zwift as they have offered riders a special 14-day free trial, which means you can check it out for free for almost half of the challenge!

The important thing to remember with these rides is that they are non-drop rides. That means that they’re suitable for everyone, whatever level of intensity you might want to ride. So no matter what happens, everyone stays together in a bunch - there are no lead outs if you’re riding really hard and no dropping if you let your pace slide a little. Which is great! It's a good idea to log your rides so you can track your own progress.

Life is a great Adventure for Bernat, our Catalan presenter

Bernat has had the cycling fever for over a decade. Our beloved Catalan presenter spent four years in the professional peloton, this allowed him to explore other cultures and languages and shaped him into the fantastic human he is today.

His energetic enthusiasm is contagious and he’s up to any challenges, from studying journalism while having a full time job to the wildest adventures on the mountains in Andorra.

When he’s not writing scripts and filming his GCN videos, Bernat is usually found running, skiing or exploring new adventures.
